With Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park on one side, Westminster Abbey and The Houses of Parliament on the other, and Covent Garden and the West End not too far to the north, the hotel could hardly be better situated for a bout of sightseeing in London. The nearest tube station is also the nearest rail station, Victoria, at a mere three minute walk. Victoria is serviced by the Circle, District and Victoria lines, which provide easy access to the rest of the city.
The hotel's WiFi is accessible from any location within the hotel, though guests will need to purchase a 24-hour voucher from reception. Additionally there is 24-hour room service, offering a selection of meals and refreshments. For private meetings and events there are a number of function rooms seating up to 170 people, ideal for intimate business meetings or larger events such as weddings. The hotel offers a bespoke wedding service including wedding breakfasts or reception parties. All of the function rooms are equipped with air conditioning, WiFi and an LCD projector and screen.

All of the rooms are en-suites and come with WiFi. Other facilities include a seating area, flatscreen LCD TV with freeview, radio, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, work desk, tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary toiletries.
The Brasseria Restaurant is a great place to enjoy an evening meal in comfortable yet sophisticated surroundings. Its serves an a la carte menu with British and European cuisine, which is complimented by a wine list that allows you to choose the right wine to go with your meal. The Brasseria Bar & Lounge is open during the day and has a more relaxed atmosphere, serving drinks and light snacks.
Any documents at the hotel are available in braille and large print for those who are hard of sight. The public spaces are wheelchair accessible, but there are currently no bedrooms that cater for wheelchairs.
Guests arriving into one of the city's airports will find taxis waiting to bring them into the city centre. Alternatively the Gatwick Express goes straight to Victoria Station (approximate journey time of 30 minutes) and the Heathrow Express terminates at Paddington Station, with a journey time of 15 minutes. Guests arriving via Victoria Station will find the hotel a three minute walk around the corner on Buckingham Palace street. Those arriving via Paddington need only to take the Circle line through to Victoria. Guests arriving by car would do best to follow signs for Hyde Park. Once reaching Hyde Park they should take the south east exit onto Grosvenor Place, where Buckingham Palace Road is at the end.
