The nearest tube station is Embankment at just one minute's walk from the hotel. It is serviced by the Bakerloo, Circle, District and Northern lines, giving guests immediate access to the rest of the city, with nearly all of London's tourist attractions easily accessible from these lines.

Most of the rooms have Egyptian linen, a flatscreen TV with freeview, an iPod docking station, minibar and TVs in the bathrooms.
The restaurant at The Royal Horseguard benefits from elegant decor, making it a suitable venue to enjoy the 5 star cuisine, which features continental recipes cooked with the best British ingredients. In summer guests may choose to dine out on the terrace and take in the beautiful surroundings. The Equus bar serves an array of sophisticated cocktails named after previous guests such as William Churchill and William Gladstone. It also serves light snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments including its own homemade Cola.
All documents at the hotel are availabe in both large print and braille for those with limited vision. There are also four rooms suitable for wheelchair users and a further 10 sensory rooms.
Guests arriving at one of the city's airports will find taxis waiting to bring them into the city centre. Alternatively the Gatwick Express to Victoria takes just 30 minutes, whilst the Heathrow Express to Paddington takes half of that. Embankment tube station is easy to access from either of these stations as it is on the Circle Line, a simple journey from both starting points. The hotel is just across the road from Embankment tube station on Whitehall Place. Those arriving by vehicle should make their way to Hyde Park, central London. On reaching Hyde Park guests should take the south east exit onto Piccadilly, taking the third right onto Haymarket. Guests should then follow the road on to Pall Mall East and go straight over the next roundabout on to Northumberland Avenue. Whitehall Place is on the right.
