Hyde Park is a 10 minute walk to the south, with Kensington Palace and Gardens and Buckingham Palace slightly further afield. Earls Court, The City of Westminster, the West End and Soho are all just short rides away on the Underground, or using any of the city's buses. The nearest tube stations are Paddington and Edgware Road at equidistant, taking about a seven minute walk. Paddington is serviced by the Circle Line, Hammersmith & City Line, Bakerloo Line and District Line as well as having access to the rest of the country through national rail services. Edgware Road is serviced by the Bakerloo Line.

The rooms are typically small, but this is compensated for by their recent renovation with calm, neutral colours and soft, fresh linens. Guests arriving from Heathrow will find that making their way to the hotel could scarcely be easier. The Heathrow Express runs to Paddington with a journey time of approximately 15 minutes. Once arriving at Paddington, guests should exit south and make their way down London Street before turning left onto Sussex Gardens. The Gatwick Express runs to Victoria station with a journey time of about 30 minutes, where guests can take the Circle Line through to Paddington and follow the above instructions.
Guests arriving by vehicle should head for Hyde Park. Once arriving at Hyde Park they should find the Bayswater Road along the north and exit at Lancaster Terrace, which leads to Sussex Gardens. The hotel is a four minute drive up the road.
