The hotel is located in a remarkably quiet residential area, despite its central location, on the overtly Edwardian Princes Square. The square is nicely positioned between the elegantly fashionable Notting Hill and the convenient transport hub of Paddington. It prides itself on catering to guests' every needs and is surely one of the few 2 star London hotels offering airport pick-ups.
The rooms are pleasant but small and fairly plain and do not provide internet access. There is, however, an internet point in the lobby, which guests are welcome to use. Guests also have the choice between a cooked breakfast and continental buffet, served in the restaurant every morning.
Located just north of Hyde Park, the hotel is within walking distance of the aforementioned, as well as Kensington Palace and Gardens, Notting Hill and the Portobello Road Market. Guests wishing to visit attractions further afield such as Westminster, Covent Gardens and Greenwich will find the nearest tube station, Bayswater tube station most convenient, at just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Alternatively the Queensway and Notting Hill Gate tube stations are also close by and serviced by the Central, Circle and District Lines, allowing guests to reach almost any part of the city. The nearby Paddington railway station offers services to the rest of the country.

Guests arriving from Heathrow airport can take the Heathrow Express service to Paddington, whilst those arriving through Gatwick can take the Gatwick Express to Victoria. From either of these stations guests can then make their way to Bayswater tube station using the Circle Line. Once at Bayswater, guests should exit left onto the Queensway Road, taking the firs left turn onto Moscow Road before taking the fourth right onto Ilchester Gardens. Prince's Square is on the left. Alternatively taxi services are available from any of the city's airports or major train stations.
Guests arriving by car should follow signs for Hyde Park, central London, before making their way to the Bayswater Road along the north and exiting onto Queensway. Guests should follow Queensway right to the end of the road, turning left onto Westbourne Grove and taking the fourth left again onto Hereford Road. Prince's Square is on the left.
