The hotel is located in north west greater London, just south of the Wembley area. Local attractions include Wembley Arena and Stadium, Shepherd's Bush, Westfield Shopping Centre and Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre, making this a great weekend destination for fans of music and shopping. It is also suitably connected to London for fast services to the city centre. The nearest tube station is North Acton, which is less than a 10 minute walk and is on the Central line, running guests into the heart of the city. Alternatively the Acton mainline rail station is a short walk in the opposite direction and offers access to the rest of the country.
The leisure club gym is full of the latest cardiovascular equipment as well as free weights for guests to keep up with their exercise regime. There are a variety of meeting and conference rooms available for use and guests can choose to have further services such as snacks and drinks, AV equipment and lunch with their conference room hire. The hotel has two suites that guests can use for parties and events for up to 110 people, and the hotel has a number of wedding packages that couple can choose from.
The 150 rooms come in Standard and Executive and their contrast of bright reds with calmer tones and wooden panelled flooring creates a strikingly warm atmosphere. Each room is an en-suite complete with a shower and hairdryers are provided. The Executive rooms are slightly bigger and have in addition complimentary internet connection, toiletries, bathroom and slippers, complimentary snacks and drinks and business magazines.
Wok Around the World offers a hybrid menu of European and Asian cuisine that guests can watch being cooked on the wok, whereas the Bangkok room is ideal for private events. The Hub Bar and Lounge is a great place for guests to unwind with a beer at the end of the day, or even to catch up with friends and family using the wireless internet facilities. The 2go cafe is a typical modern cafe, serving Starbucks coffee and a range of light snacks.
Guests arriving through any of the city's airports will need to take the Express service into the centre of the city. Those that arrive through Paddington or Victoria should take the Circle Line to Notting Hill gate where they should change on to the Central Line, going through to North Acton. The hotel is a short walk south along the Wales Farm Road. Guests arriving by national rail should make their destination Acton mainline, which is just south of the hotel. All airports and stations do, of course, have a taxi service also.
The route to Ranada Express London is quite simple if guests leave the M25 at Junction 16 and take the A40 toward central London. The hotel is just on Gypsy Corner as guests drive past Wales Farm Road.
