The apartment hotel provides the same sleek, understated style and attentive bespoke service that originated from their hotel namesake the Metropolitan, Park Lane. It is extremely spacious, covering over 1100 square feet and exploiting an abundance of natural light. They also share many of the hotel's amenities, including complimentary wifi and high-speed Internet access, entry to the exclusive members-only Met Bar and access to COMO Shambhala Urban Escape. Renovated in 2009, the hotel offers a total of 19 apartments. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities, as well as a cloakroom and lift access. The hotel features an on-site caf, bar and restaurant. The conference facilities may be of use to business guests, while 24-hour room laundry services are also provided (fees may apply). For an additional fee, those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park. Maid service is Monday to Friday and towels and linens are changed three times a week.
