The Little Angel Theatre is a children’s theatre in Islington. It came about when a troupe of puppeteers transformed a derelict temperance hall into a venue for marionette shows, in 1961. The group continues to produce its own shows, and they go on national tours as well as performing in their London home, and opening up the stage to visiting puppetry companies.
The building seats 100 and is air conditioned. There is a self service drinks bar at reception. There is a small step at the entrance and the rest of the venue is on one level and fully accessible. The auditorium has an induction loop system and 4 spaces for wheelchair users. Disabled toilets are located next to the box office.
The nearest tube station is Angel. Parking can be made available outside the venue by special arrangement only.
