You won’t find a hotel situated closer to Buckingham Palace, the home of the British monarchy and one of the most attractive parts of London. Beautiful parks, gardens and Georgian architecture provide elegant surroundings, and you will also be within ten minutes walking distance of Victoria. This is one of London’s most popular tourist areas, littered with fine dining establishments, fashionable pubs, bars and some of London’s most vibrant nightlife. It is also home to top West End productions Wicked and Billy Elliot: The Musical, right around the corner from the hotel. Other tourist attractions such as Westminster Abbey and the House of Parliament are a slightly further walk away. For travel further afield, Victoria Train and Coach stations give access across the UK and to Heathrow airport.

The hotel has 71 rooms and suites, all of them featuring extraordinarily elegant decor and lavish furnishings. Grand antique furniture, vibrant colour schemes and delicate lighting effects make for a warm and verdant ambience. A variety of different rooms are available, including several suites. Single, double and twin rooms are all on offer, with extra beds available for a fee of £60 a night. All rooms are ensuite, and have air conditioning, cable TV (with films and music on demand and internet access), complimentary robes and slippers, coffee and tea making facilities and a minibar. 24 hour room service is on offer.
Food and drink are available from the dining room, the lounge and the bar, all offering an array of classic British meals, fine wines and other alcoholic beverages. Breakfast is provided from 7.00am until 10am on weekdays, and until 10.30am at weekends. Lunch is from 12.30pm to 2.30pm, and dinner from 6.00pm to 10.00pm. The hotel also provides a famous afternoon tea from 3.30pm until 4.30pm, available on the veranda during the summer months. The summer also sees Basil’s Beach Bar open up for some late night outdoor drinks.
