| ABOUT FULHAM BROADWAY STATION The station is close to some wonderful Fulham Broadway hotels and it sits between West Brompton and Parsons Green on the Wimbledon branch of the District Line. Located in Hammersmith and Fulham Local Authority, on Fulham Broadway (A304) the station is in Zone 2. The earliest form of Fulham is 'Fullanham' and the old English word is believed to have meant 'the place' of either 'mud' or 'fowls' which could relate to the periodical flooding of the Thames.
