The hotel is based on Fitzroy Street, just 5 minutes walk from Warren Street, Great Portland Street or Euston Square underground stations. Oxford Street, Covent Garden and Soho are all within walking distance.

All the bedrooms are medium sized and are plainly decorated. They are all clean and well presented although could do with some renovation.

There is no restaurant as such but there is a breakfast room on the lower ground floor. This is bright and clean with light wooden furniture and modern style wooden floors.

The lobby is small and is situated at the rear of the building. You must enter the hotel at the front door and follow the long hall to the rear.
