This small, family run bed and breakfast has only 20 rooms, giving it a very intimate and personal feel. The rooms are all decorated in light colours making them airy and emphasising the space, despite their small sizes. They are all en-suites with a shower and toilet and all of the basic amenities one would expect from such a hotel. The emphasis here is on simplicity.
Although the Europa House Hotel does not have its own restaurant the breakfast room is located on the lower ground floor and is nicely maintained and decorated, serving guests their complimentary daily breakfasts.
The hotel's biggest asset is its prime location, situated in the centre of London less than a 5 minute walk from Paddington station. Hyde Park, the nightlife of TheatreLand, and the teaming pedestrian stream of Oxford Street are all within walking distance. Paddington tube station, which is serviced by the Bakerloo, District, Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines is just minutes away, jetting guests off to the rest of the city, making sights such as Westminster, Covent Garden, The London Eye and Greenwich easily accessible. Paddington station also has services to the rest of the country, meaning that leisure guests can explore further afield than just London if they so wish.
Paddington, central London. Nearest tube station is Paddington on the Bakerloo, District, Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines.

Guests arriving by air can take either the Gatwick Express to Victoria station (journey time of approximately 30 minutes) or the Heathrow Express to Paddington (approximately 15 minutes). Guests arriving at Paddington are well placed to walk to the hotel, whilst those accessing the city through Victoria should take the Circle Line through to Paddington. From Paddington guests need only to take the south exit (through the main doors) and walk along London Street until they come to Sussex Gardens, which they should turn left onto. The hotel is a short walk along the road.
Those making their own way to Europa House Hotel by vehicle should leave the M25 at Junction 16, taking the M40 and subsequently the A40 to central London. This is the most direct route and guests need only to stay on the A40 all the way through London, turning right onto Westbourne Terrace just before they reach Paddington station. Guests should follow the road right to the end and then turn left onto Sussex Gardens.
