The hotel is located in the borough of Shoreditch, which is in the north east of central London and renowned for its fashionable bars and restaurants. The nearest tube station is Shoreditch High Street at a three minute walk, which is serviced by the London Overground. Alternatively Old Street on the Northern Line is a 10 minute walk and visitors to the city will find that they can access attractions such as Covent Garden, the West End and Buckingham Palace fairly easily.

The facilities at the hotel fall into one of two categories, namely business services and events facilities. The former is comprised of a business centre with computer, copying and printing services. The events facilities include five meeting rooms, perfect for small business events. One of the rooms has a capacity of 130 and is ideally suited to bigger events and celebrations. The hotel has a selection of equipment that can be borrowed for use in these rooms including a DVD player, lectern, overhead projector and microphone. There is also a private limousine and a technical concierge service available to guests. Off-site there is a health centre and there is an on-site mini gym and sauna, which are free to use.

The rooms at Crown Plaza Shoreditch have been decorated in calming and neutral colours with luxurious furnishings such as leather chairs and large, sprawling beds. All rooms include satellite television with movies, a stereo, a minibar, an iron and ironing board and high speed internet access. The suites have a number of additional amenities such as a work desk with faxing capabilities.

The Globe Restaurant's position on the seventh floor gives it charming night time views over the London skyline, perfect for a romantic meal or a hearty breakfast. It serves a contemporary British menu and the balcony is popular in summer with guests who wish to have a drink before dinner. Saints Bar is a modern cocktail bar that serves beers, wines and champagnes and a selection of food with sports games often playing on the screens.

International guests will find taxis waiting outside each of the city's airports to escort them into the city centre. However, there is also a Heathrow Express service that runs from Heathrow to Paddington Station and a Gatwick Express service that runs from Gatwick to Victoria. Guests arriving at Paddington should take the Hammersmith & City line to Whitechapel and continue to Shoreditch High Street on the London Overground service. Those arriving via Victoria station will find the easiest route to be to take the Circle line to Tower Hill where they can change onto the District Line and continue to Whitechapel. From Whitechapel, Shoreditch High Street is one stop on the London Overground. Guests arriving by vehicle should leave the M25 at Junction 26 where they can take the A10 all the way into Shoreditch. The hotel is on Shoreditch High Street on the A10.
