The hotel is situated in Canning Town, East London with Canary Wharf just to the west. It's a ten minute walk from the ExCel Exhibition Centre and sits opposite the O2 arena on the south side of the river. The nearest tube station is Canning Town, which is just a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Canning Town also has access to the Docklands Light Railway, which runs directly into the centre of London and stops at Bank, which is one of the city's best access and changing points for the Underground.

The Quad Club offers a large array of health and fitness facilities. There's a 14x6 metre swimming pool with saunas, a spa bath and a steam room as well as beauty therapists on hand to help you relax. Personal trainers are available in the gym, which benefits from modern equipment and a stunning view over Royal Victoria Dock, making your workout an enjoyable one. For events and business there are a variety of conference and meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 200. There are nine meeting rooms available and an events planner is on hand to help you organise any of the more ambitious ideas you may have.

With 210 guest bedrooms, this is a large hotel and is sure to have something to suit most visitors. The standard rooms are modern and high quality in themselves, whilst the 15 Luxury Suites and the exclusive Club Rooms offer a whole other level of comfort. Comfortable beds and luxury duvets are just part of the standard service, as are the en-suite bathroom, large flatscreen TV, high speed internet and desk with telephone.

The Dockland's Bar and Grill is the hotel's resident restaurant and has WiFi access throughout. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with a menu of British and European cuisines that use all locally sourced ingredients. The Bar and Lounge is open every afternoon with a selection of light snacks along with tea, coffee and other drinks.

There are 11 fully accessible rooms, some available with connecting carers' rooms. The rooms are completely compatible with wheelchairs and the bathrooms feature handrails and a lowered basin. The fire alarms are full sensory with strobe lighting and vibrating pillows acting as alarms for the hard of hearing.

Guests arriving into one of the city's airports should make their way to the city centre. The Heathrow Express runs through to Paddington in about 15 minutes, whilst the Gatwick Express runs to Victoria in 30 minutes. Guests arriving through Paddington will find the hotel easiest by taking the Bakerloo Line to Waterloo and changing onto the Jubilee Line, which runs through to Canning Town. Guests making their way to Victoria should take the Circle Line to Westminster and continue on the Jubilee Line straight through to Canning Town. Once at Canning Town the hotel is relatively easy to find. Guests should head south along Silverton Way, which is the main road, and then turn left at the roundabout onto Tidal Basin Road. Alternatively there will be taxis waiting at the city's airports and railway stations to deliver guests to the hotel.

Those arriving by car will find it most convenient to leave the M25 at Junction 30 and take the A13 toward the city centre for approximately 13 miles. Guests should then turn left on to Silvertown Way and left again onto Tidal Basin Road at the roundabout.
