The nearest tube station is Canning Town, which is just a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Canning Town also has access to the Docklands Light Railway, which runs directly into the centre of London and stops at Bank, which is one of the city's best access and changing points for the Underground.

Guests arriving into one of the city's airports should make their way to the city centre. The Heathrow Express runs through to Paddington in about 15 minutes, whilst the Gatwick Express runs to Victoria in 30 minutes. Guests arriving through Paddington will find the hotel easiest by taking the Bakerloo Line to Waterloo and changing onto the Jubilee Line, which runs through to Canning Town. Guests making their way to Victoria should take the Circle Line to Westminster and continue on the Jubilee Line straight through to Canning Town. Once at Canning Town the hotel is relatively easy to find. Guests should head south along Silverton Way, which is the main road, and then turn left at the roundabout onto Tidal Basin Road. Alternatively there will be taxis waiting at the city's airports and railway stations to deliver guests to the hotel.
Those arriving by car will find it most convenient to leave the M25 at Junction 30 and take the A13 toward the city centre for approximately 13 miles. Guests should then turn left on to Silvertown Way and left again onto Tidal Basin Road at the roundabout.
