The Cromwell Crown Hotel has just one mission statement, and that is to delivery quality customer service at reasonable prices. It offers a variety of different sized rooms, suitable for most guests. These include en-suite and Economy rooms for the budget traveller and Superior and Junior Suite rooms for those who like a little more luxury with their stay. The rooms get bigger and more luxurious the further up the scale you go, with the Junior Suites measuring in at 30 square metres. All rooms include the basic amenities listed below, but the larger rooms benefit from a king size bed, armchair and hairdryers, with ironing facilities and cots available on request.
From its whitewashed townhouse exterior, one can tell that the hotel is at home in the prestigious area of South Kensington, enjoying an enviable location above all else. The Royal Albert Hall, Earl's Court, the Natural History and Science Museums and Hyde Park are all within walking distance, whilst the nearest tube stations (Gloucester Road and Earl's Court) are each just a six minute walk away. They are serviced by the Circle, District and Piccadilly Lines, making those attractions that are a little further off - the City of Westminster, Greenwich - easy to access.

Guests arriving by air will find the fastest way into the city to be by taking either the Heathrow Express (journey time of approximately 15 minutes) to Paddington or the Gatwick Express (30 minutes) to Victoria. Both of these stations are on the Circle Line, meaning that guests can take this service to Earl's Court tube station. From here the hotel is a short walk north along Earl's Court Road and, from here, west along Cromwell Road. The walk should take approximately six minutes. Alternatively there are taxi services available at any of the city's airports or railway stations.
Guests making their way into the city by vehicle should leave the M25 at Junction 15, taking the M4 and subsequently the A4 toward central London. The hotel is located directly on the Cromwell Road Segment of the A4, approximately fourteen miles from Junction 15.
