The current hotel owners have a good idea of how to provide quality service, having run the hotel for over 30 years. It's a budget property with 12 of the 52 rooms having shared showers in order to provide guests with some of the cheapest accommodation in the city. The rest of the rooms are en-suites and are quire pleasant though they are plainly decorated and furnished. Included in the room price is a complimentary continental buffet breakfast, which is served each morning between the times of 7.30am and 9am. The breakfast consists of toast, cereals, fruit salad, tea, coffe, hot chocolate and juice. There is also a fully licensed bar and a 24 hour reception.

Guests arriving to the hotel by air can take the appropriate Express service from the airport to the city centre. The Heathrow Express runs to Paddington in approximately 15 minutes whilst the Gatwick Express takes 30 to get to Victoria. From either of these stations guests can take the Circle Line service to get to King's Cross St. Pancras where they will be well situated to walk to the hotel. On alighting guests should exit the station to the south onto the Euston Road. Guests should walk to their right along the road where they will shortly find the Crestfield Street on the opposite side. The hotel is a short walk down Crestfield Street. Alternatively taxi services are available at all of the city's airports and major train stations.
Those arriving to the Crestfield Hotel by way of car will find that the most striaght forward and hassle-free route route through London is to leave the M25 at Junction 16 and follow the M40 and subsequently the A40 through London. Guests should stay on the A40 until it becomes the A501 Euston Road. After passing the British Library on the left, guests should take the Crestfield Street turning on the right just before reaching King's Cross St. Pancras.
