The hotel is situated in the calm area of Hounslow, just a short walk from the town centre and a 10 minute drive from Twickenham Rugby Stadium. Heathrow Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4 are a mere four minute drive with Terminal 5 just an extra five minutes on top of that. It's also just off of the M4 and A4 at a 15 minute drive from Junction 15. For guests who wish to explore central London the Hounslow Central tube station is less than a five minute walk down the road and on the Piccadilly Line. It takes just over half an hour to get to central London, making this a great base for those who wish to experience the hustle and bustle of London's best tourist sights whilst having somewhere peaceful to lay their head at night.

As a budget hotel, Civic Guest House doesn't provide a lot of facilities, but there is an airport shuttle service, which also runs to all train stations.
Free on-site parking is available for guests for a period of up to two weeks.
The bedrooms are intimate and traditionally furnished, although they do come in a number of sizes ranging from Single Budget rooms through to Family En-suites. The rooms all include a TV and tea and coffee making facilities.

Guests arriving into Heathrow airport can arrange a pick-up with the hotel or make the 10 minute drive down the A4 Bath Road, turning left on to Lampton Road. Similarly, guests arriving from the M25 should take the Junction 15 exit, following the M4 onto the A4 as above. Visitors arriving from the city centre will find it a straight forward journey, taking the Piccadilly Line through to Hounslow Central. When exiting the tube station turn right and follow Lampton Road north. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk.
