Right at the heart of cool and fashionable London in the midst of the best shops, restaurants, pubs and clubs. Frommers names it as 'one of the little gems' of London budget hotels. This is the street where Prince William and various aristocrats like to cavort, and not the sort of place where budget hotels thrive. There are good and fast bus and tube connections to all the tourist sights and if shopping is your thing then the fashionable Kings Road and Knightsbridge for Harrods are a short walk away, as is the River Thames.
