The hotel is located in Swiss Cottage. It is a short walk from the Jubilee line station Swiss Cottage, this line leading directly to the city centre and Oxford Street. If using the Jubilee line take the Eaton Avenue exit at Swiss Cottage.

The rooms are all different in size and shape due to the historic nature of the hotel, on average they are medium to large sized with adequate space for luggage. Many of the rooms contain original nineteenth century oil paintings, prints and antique furniture can be found all around the hotel. The style throughout is modelled on the traditional Victorian English family home.

The breakfast room is elegantly decorated in a classic English style giving it a warm atmosphere.

The lobby is small and elegantly decorated with classic english furniture and paintings. To the right of the reception area is the lounge which is adorned with chandeliers and features a grand piano.

The hotel is a charming Victorian house within its own gardens, the exterior is typical of this period architecture and is in excellent condition.

Overall this is a charming traditional hotel with a genuine period feel and warm friendly atmosphere. (05/07RP-L)
