The hotel is found in the Earls Court area, one of the best-connected parts of London. There is an endless choice of shops, restaurants, pubs and bars to enjoy, and tourist attractions like the Natural History and Science museums are also nearby. Travel facilities are readily available from Earls Court tube station, where you can join the District, Circle and Piccadilly lines and travel to and from Heathrow airport.
The hotel has an arrangement with SOHO Gyms for guests to get discount membership in their nearby gymnasium, providing state-of-the-art exercise equipment and a sauna. The hotel has free wireless internet in all public areas, and business facilities such as photocopying and faxing are available. There is also a charming garden for guests to relax in.
Guests must either use the on-street parking available in Barkston Gardens or the National Car Park a short walk away from the hotel, all at standard London rates.
There are 105 rooms, all of which are ensuite with various different types of option available including single, double, twin, king size and deluxe suites. They have smart modern decor and various amenities including complimentary wireless internet, satellite television, safes (for an extra fee), free toiletries and a tea and coffee maker. Unusually for a 3 star hotel, there is 24 hour room service.
The hotel has its own restaurant that serves delicious traditional breakfasts every day, on weekdays from 7.00am to 10.00am and at weekends from 7.30am to 11.00am. There is also the Ellen Terry Bar, serving delicious alcoholic drinks and light bar snacks all day long. There is also a more extensive bar snack menu available from 5.30pm until 9.30pm.
Children under two years old can share a room with their parents for free. Cribs and highchairs are available for hire from the hotel, but no childcare services are provided.
The hotel has steps up to the entrance, and although there is an accessible toilet, there are no wheelchair accessible bedrooms or bathrooms. Guide dogs are welcome however.
