I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for three days when I was there for work. I can only say that is was a very good stay there, and the staff were all very friendly, especially the waitress in the kitchen every morning (Eva). They did a very good job at making us feel at home even though I am from Netherlands. read full review

I Have been in the hotel for two days.I will never go back!
The room and the bathroom was dirty,no shower curtain in the bathroom.The walls end the beds are mouldy.The service is unacceptable.Only one thing positive,the breakfast.

Ideally located only 15 minutes from Heathrow airport, The Renaissance has direct access both to and from the airport, via a shuttle bus than runs every 30 minutes. The Renaissance also offers access to central London via the Piccadilly line underground station at Terminals 1,2,3.

Stay somewhere else - you will regret staying here. The rooms are over priced for what they are and the staff are surly and incompetent. Reception made me feel unwelcome and even looked at me funny when I wanted to confirm what station to get out of for petticoat lane markets (they had no idea what or where they were - and this is from a supposedly tourist hotel). Will never stay there again. !!!! read full review

What it says - a cheap hotel at a standard. Pity it hasn't been steam cleaned since the late 1970s. Otherwise small room with kettle & 1 tea bag can't complain for this price in central London, given what you can get fort double the price. read full review
