This was a great hotel in a central location. The staff were very friendly, and I managed to stay in one of the newly refurbished rooms. It was impeccably designed; I particularly liked the stylish bathroom with a walk-in power shower. The location is right next to Victoria station, which is a good spot to getting into the heart of town or visiting Buckingham Palace. I would have liked a pool on hand. There was a bit of a corporate feel to the hotel overall, so it might not be the perfect spot... read full review

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for three days when I was there for work. I can only say that is was a very good stay there, and the staff were all very friendly, especially the waitress in the kitchen every morning (Eva). They did a very good job at making us feel at home even though I am from Netherlands. read full review

Stay somewhere else - you will regret staying here. The rooms are over priced for what they are and the staff are surly and incompetent. Reception made me feel unwelcome and even looked at me funny when I wanted to confirm what station to get out of for petticoat lane markets (they had no idea what or where they were - and this is from a supposedly tourist hotel). Will never stay there again. !!!! read full review
